The turnaround time on your order with DTG Print starts when:

  • You’ve paid the order in full.
  • We have all the information required to complete your order (all artwork in printable format, preferably dpi300)
  • All fonts required for editable tags.
  • All shipping info etc.
  • Your mock ups have been approved.

Delay in receival of any of this information could result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 7-12 business days. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround time. Delay in approval of mock ups could also result in production delays. Each finishing service (printed tags, etc.) will add extra time to turnaround on orders, adding roughly 1-2 days to the turnaround time.

You as our customer are responsible for verifying final artwork and/or correct spelling to be printed on your garments. Print.Co will not be held responsible for typos or overlooked errors once the printing process has begun.

All sales are final and no refunds will be given since customer approval is necessary before a job can be scheduled for printing due to each job being a custom order. Print.Co is not responsible for printing on apparel provided by the customer. We cannot guarantee results on garments we did not provide.

All files must be 300 DPI or transparent PNG’s. The size you want to print on the item must be made known to us. The text must be converted to outlines.

Printing can only be as good as the artwork. Print.Co. will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. Print.Co. is also not responsible for any typos, spelling mistakes, or low quality in your art file.

You may notice a light yellow residue on your light garment.

This is from a fixation agent (pretreat) applied before printing and it’s not permanent.

Particularly on the polyester prints. Please remember to wash garments before you wear them!

Our standard DTG printing process is best suited for garments that are 100% cotton – if you’re looking for the most opaque result, 100% cotton is your best bet.

This fabric generally has a better result due to its tight weave. This includes 100% polyester garments as well.

There is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand.

If you request a print that is 4cm down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 4cm, they may be off by as much as mm in either direction.

This will not be considered a misprint and will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, etc.) has begun on the order.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.

Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after it’s initial manufacturing period. This is done for any number of reasons, including color correction, clearing out of colors that didn’t sell (purple shirts aren’t selling so the manufacturer dyes them black to sell them as black shirts), etc.

Because of this factor, we cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge based services (Premium Standard). This is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off white tinge), but can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in or would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.

When making prints with a DTG machine, there is a certain process that needs to be followed. First, we add a fixation liquid in order to secure the ink. After that has been done, we run the garment through the printer.

We heat press the garment to help seal the ink in the material.

If traces of fixation liquid remain on the garment after the heat pressing process, just pop it in the wash before you wear it!

Print.Co cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company. If you have a courier collecting items, please ensure that the bookings are made in appropriate time e.g only once you have received a notification that the order is complete. Print.Co is not liable for missed collections due to early bookings.

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
We have a set rate for Garments, Printing fees are to be added to you garment fee.

We try to check every garment as it comes off of the heat press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 48 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. We will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 48 hours of receiving the goods. While we do quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.
